Symptoms of TMJ and jaw dysfunction, apnea, and poor craniofacial development can be wide ranging and have a lot of overlap, but here is a short list:

TMJ & Jaw Dysfunction- headaches, neck and upper back pain, low back pain, jaw pain, grinding, clenching, tinnitus, tooth and gum issues. 

Apnea & Airway Issues- increased risk for almost all disease and pathology, weight gain, low energy, hormonal issues, loss of sleep.

Poor Craniofacial Development- sinus problems, apnea and airway issues, TMJ and jaw dysfunction, crowding of the teeth, crooked teeth, asymmetry in the face, double chin, increased risk of cavities.
